FIXED LocalHost Denied Access MySQL XAMPP Error |2019|
3Here's how you can fix the 'Access Denied' Error in MySQL with XAMPP.
The logic behind this is that the 'Grant' table has account of the users that are allowed to access the service and
by default, localhost did not make the cut, so we just skip the checking of the table instead, granting access to everyone including the localhost.
Paste this below [mysqld] : skip-grant-tables
