So these bugs seem to be related to each other. I made a near perfect ring of Ebbin the day before, and I exit the game. I come back today and all the enchants on my ring are gone, and it's back to being just a blessed ring of Outcasts. On top of that I encounter another bug where I can't cast enchant item on the ring. It just sits there and does nothing, and I can keep casting the spell, but it will never do anything. When I hit escape it will give me the cooldown for the spell, but it will still have no enchants on it. It's also giving me two messages that I cast enchant item which I think is another bug.
I'm using blessed amulet of Protection in this video to cast enchant item, but I've had the bug happen with an amulet of enchantment and not having the arcane spell learned. It just seems to happen randomly.
