Monitor no display after plugin new graphic card.

There are a few reasons such as the dust at the RAMs and graphic card connectors.

If your RAMs and Graphic card's connectors are clean it might be because of the BIOS loading problem.

It happens to me when I change my GTX 750 Ti, GTX 960, GTX 1060, RTX 2060, and now GTX 1650 Super.

Yes, I downgrade from RTX 2060 to GTX 1650 Super because I moved the RTX into my Ryzen 9 3900 X system.

I am planning to fix my old PC and fit a new graphics card so that I still can play some casual games and do some mini works.

First, unplug the system from the power supply and you must remove the RAMs, Graphic Card, and the CMOS battery.

Press the PC power button and wait for 10 seconds or might up to 10 minutes.

Insert the CMOS battery, Graphic card, and RAMs.

Turn on the PC.

It should be ok and need to disable fast boot to remove the F1 error at bios startup.

If it has no display, please remove some RAMs.

For me, I am using 4 RAMs slots and it is 4gb, 8gb, 4gb, and 8gb respectively.

I found that my PC is still no display if I do not remove the first 4gb RAMs.

Good luck.
