Fixing Upload Issues & Error Handling in Rust APIs | glowing-telegram project - Episode 112
In this video, we dive into debugging and fixing issues related to our upload process in the Glowing-Telegram project. We start by checking the API quota and cleaning up test videos before uploading new ones. While waiting for the upload, we discuss and investigate why we're not receiving data as expected, focusing on parsing and handling JSON responses correctly. Specifically, we address issues in the `upload_video_handler` and task data management by refining how we handle vectors of JSON values. This includes flattening lists, error handling, and ensuring results are combined correctly without silent failures. After solving the issue, we run tests to verify our fix and share thoughts on potential improvements for better task result management in the future. Join us for an engaging session of problem-solving and code refinement in Rust.
