0When I was young when this game released, I would come back home from school and start switching on my Playstation to start playing Armored Core.
It's was addicting in a way really, with the mecha customization. You can really almost make it however you like it. Altho I didn't understand Japanese and just know the usual load/save and stuff, I didn't mind and just keep checking my mail and do mission until i progress with the story.
Still to this day, wasn't sure what the story is about really if there is even one. LOL
Anyway go and have a flash back of your own and play this game today.
