Flashback Memories - Final Fantasy VIII (Playstation)
0Loaded up my old save file from the 1999s, right at the last battle.
The 2nd Final Fantasy game on the Playstation by Squaresoft at that time of release. Expectation was very high with all the previews and what not from gaming magazines.
So when it came out, I casually just stop by my local game shop and take a look around. See if they have any stocks left after the initial rush of people buying the game.
Eventually I got the game and started playing. Everybody has their own opinion if the game is good or not, as for me I just find the changes to the battle system is OK. The "junction" thingy is alright and the card game thing I didn't really immerse myself into it.
Story wise, mixed bag i suppose. Sometime I just don't get it but still follow along for the ride to see how things go.
There's a lot of ways to play Final Fantasy VIII, so give it a go If you haven't played It in a while.
