Flávio Bolsonaro: Moraes cannot continue to lead the process

🏛 ️ Power Congress | In a post on X, Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) and son of former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL), stated that STF (Supreme Federal Court) Justice Alexandre de Moraes "is not fit to remain in charge of this process." He is referring to the trial against Bolsonaro and seven other defendants regarding the attempted coup d'état.
The senator cites statements made by the minister's former advisor at the TSE (Superior Electoral Court), Eduardo Tagliaferro, in a committee on Tuesday (September 2, 2025). According to Flávio, Tagliaferro's statements are sufficient grounds for requesting Moraes' impeachment.
