There's been a number of requests to have the ability to capture component data in to OpenBoardData along with the existing Network data.
The parameters captured will be quite different, and in reality the data does already exist in the schematic, however it seems some people will like to see the values, and things like the stuff/no-stuff status on the boardview directly.
This video demonstrates the preliminary testing done of capturing resistor values in to the OpenBoardData for the 820-00165 board.
Should be able to gather a couple of thousand entries per hour.
The hardest entries are the '0' value units, as the PDF bounding-box around the text is unpredictable and the right-click only option has to be replaced with right-click-and-select instead.
