Just one model of a few that could make a scene for a flood level. Made this model in Blender and used the ground model of the snow I was experimenting with in the other video. Then added a river just on the surface (like the lava) But adjusted the river settings to more less be a torrent of water. Animated a seamless texture of the water for the model. The model is what you see not the actual river. The model has the ground model attached to it. Can't get game water to look like this. They should add a texture slot like the road decals have in my opinion. Then the texture could also animate on the game's river.

Still behind on checking emails. But know the flood has been asked about.
Will work tomorrow on other concepts for the water. Or make more models of torrents of water flowing in different ways. I forgot to spawn my bridge mod so you could see the logs floating. I think that it would not work for the fact the node weight was very low. I mean it could be adjusted to be heavier. Usually in floods you see cars, houses, trees, debris of various types. Maybe make a quick house that can break some. Very basic, just something that would float and maybe a section roof would break off. Maybe house would be small single story farmhouse. If I was going to make a YouTube video for a flood, I would have several mods that could spawn and be swept away. Would not just do cars. Takes time to make all that stuff. Not an over night thing.
