We check out a new colony/city builder that plays like Raft meets RimWorld. Watch Flotsam playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLLvo6-XrH1fkha_OpK-gAlWsmvMo3lMPr
In this second let's play Flotsam gameplay video, we set up our town next to some new islands, where we see how to get new colonists as we discover two new survivors waiting to be rescued. Adding them to the crew, we also loot an abandoned shack for loot and research points that we can use later on to unlock new technology and crafting stations.
We see how, in Flotsam gameplay, every location on the map contains very finite resources, and moving the town on is necessary for survival. We also see how thirst and hunger are both very difficult to keep on top of! But now we can send out a fishing boat, and also find the occasional tinned food on islands, we should live on for a bit longer yet.

Official Flotsam info: "A garbage town builder in a flooded world! Manage your drifters as they try to survive in a harsh ocean world, where everything is trying to eat you or sink your town to the depths of the sea! You’ll need fresh water, seafood, and scrap to make sure your drifters can make the best of this wet situation.
Luckily the flooded environment offers all kinds of relics from the old world to recycle.
Your drifters can transform garbage, driftwood, and flotsam into boats and buildings. These allow them to collect rainwater, hunt for various creatures, and reel up scrap from the ocean floor.
Steer your town as you explore a sprawling, dynamic environment with tall ruins, underwater cities, and coral reefs full of sea life and garbage! Raise your sails to choose which obstacles to avoid and which to dismantle."
