BFA Pathfinder Part 2 will require you reach Revered reputation with the Rustbolt Rebellion and either The Unshackled or Waveblade Ankoan. There's a lot to do in the Rise of Azshara patch but this guide will keep you on track to get you flying in a few short weeks of efficient farming!
Because of the random nature of rare spawns, world quests and emissary quests, one region might have more access to reputation than the other, but don't sweat it! Finally, this information is based on the most stable PTR build that allowed me to test this from a fresh character, so quests and rep rates are likely to change!
