This latest commit should fix the Wacky Races menu screen as well as South Park Rally's.

These changes should be incorporated in the latest buildbot cores soon, so in order to update your copy of Flycast Libretro, all you need to do within a few hours is to go to Online Updater - Update Cores, and update your cores!
