FNAF: Secret of the Mimic | Bugs and Glitches COMPILATION
35After the highly anticipated Five Nights at Freddy's Security Breach released in its unfortunate state, the stage was set - no pun intended - for Steel Wool's follow-up to compete with the bugs and glitches that defined their first-person experiences.
Luckily, Secret of the Mimic is not like Security Breach, and instead was surprisingly stable, pretty, and fun. I finished the game in 11 hours, but achieved 100% completion in 26 hours, and here are basically every glitch I encountered from experiencing everything the game had to offer.
No crashes, no (unavoidable) softlocks, minimal graphic bugs, and a consistent 60fps experience front-to-back. I think that SOTM should go down as a shining example of what happens when developers take their time, have a clear vision, understand their abilities and resources, and take on feedback they have received - getting a speedrunner to help with QA testing was so smart.
I enjoyed this game, and although I do have issues with it, I am happy to say that it is a high quality experience that is worth your money - as are both Help Wanted games. I'd encourage those who can to buy the game at full price, since Steel Wool put so much care and attention to detail in every ounce of this game.
Security Breach has also been updated a lot since I initially made my video, and while it is in a better state it still has plenty of issues. Maybe wait for a sale if you're thinking of getting it.
