This video has a special focus on triggers I have not done or have done very little of :) the first part of the video is heavily visual, with triggers like 'focus on X' and 'what am I tracing on my hand?', but then we transition into triggers one doesn't need their eyes open for—hearing tests, intuition tests, this or that (behind the ears!), sections like that. There is a list of what trigger objects I use in the video down below, as I kept them hidden from view for the sort-of 'surprise' in the sounds, if you're interested in that!

Triggers include: soft speaking, whispering, follow my instructions, guided breathing, follow the object, focus triggers, distance trigger, air tracing, hand tracing, hearing test, colored pencils clinking, intuition test, word association test, cupped whispers, and rotation of consciousness.

Objects Used for Hearing Test & This or That: rice in a poultice ball, scissors, bamboo brush bristles, plastic sensory brushes, Florence flask-shaped bottle, hardcover book, and cardstock.
