500Every single light trigger test I know in one video, from the Direct/Consensual Response Test to eye tracking to the "eyes closed" when does the light appear/disappear! There are 9 different tests and 4 different levels of light intensity for each group of tests. It starts with the most intense (a big ol' Maglite) and works down to the least intense (a half-powered penlight!).

From Oxford Languages: "a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. 'ASMR is triggered by things like whispering voices, paper tearing, and scalp massage.'"
