9In This Video We Are Looking At Focus Point Linux is a Xfce4 distro/respin designed for Photographers, professional or amateurs/hobbyists.
This project is based on Xubuntu, we have added quite a few packages to make it real easy to get started working with your photographs. We have also done a few underlying tweaks to xubuntu to make it work better for a photographers workflow.
Some programs you can find in Focus Point is gimp, darktable, lightzone, rawtherapee and others.
If you rely on third party tools such as Aftershot Pro3, Pixeluvo or others we have made scripts for installing those packages for you as it sometimes can be a bit challenging getting them up and running.
