What I like most about STALKER is the number of absolutely wild certain-death situations I somehow wormed my way out of. The legend of the man who holed up in a barracks and singlehandedly massacred soldiers until he had to climb over a corpse pile to escape is bonkers enough that, with quite a few added details of course, I could see it making a good short story. What you see in this video isn't half as bonkers as the horror is going to become, even if all the violence, pain, and death will be for naught in a meaningless universe in the face of humanity's inevitable extinction.
