In the Hostile Takeover heist, you have to find the CSO because you need his RFID Tag / Access Tag to open the Library Door eventually. If you have played the heist already, you might have noticed that his spawn location is strangely consistent when playing solo (or right after a quick restart), but suddenly becomes inconsistent when playing co-op. This short video explains what is the reason for this, and how it can be avoided to make all your runs (whether stealth, or co-op) easier and more straightforward!
