Double Dragon II on the gameboy is sadly not a true Double Dragon title, it's a reskin of Nekketsu Kōha Kunio-kun: Bangai Rantō Hen (Translation: Hot Blooded Tough Guy Kunio: The Further Brawls). Technos was bleeding money at this point partially due to the coin op failure of Double Dragon 2 and 3 in the arcade. My guess they did this to save time and money. Regardless this is my 3rd favorite Double Dragon game. There is also a unexpected boss cameo in the game.
