Chinese humanoid robotics company AgiBot, known on the mainland as Zhiyuan, attracted media attention because former Google engineer Luo Jianlan, a leading scholar in AI and robotics, has joined to lead its Embodied Intelligence Research Centre. AgiBot is currently experiencing a rapid growth. On March 13, Shanghai’s Party chief, Chen Jining, visited the company’s data collection center and headquarters. Then, on March 26, Agibot held its first supplier conference, attracting 200 participants, and recognizing the outstanding partners.
