The final formicarium challenge, for now. We are once again relocated and put into a new formicarium. We are hidden away from Scientist 1, as Scientist 2 will continue his mad experiments on us without the knowledge of the female scientist. We have a ton more space available to us. In this new formicarium, we have access to fire ants now, along with our other ant species. Our main objective, meet the scientist’s demands, and eliminate the hybrids.
This is a newer video to show off the strategy for the campaign rebalance for the public beta that is occurring and for the future update. If you notice anything different, this is an older version of the beta.

Tips:
- I would recommend vigorous as well for this formicarium. The vigorous buffs are super good and will help deal tons of damage against the hybrids.
- You should get about 2 groups of 19 for each ant, with the exception of black ants. You should have a lot more fire ants because of the level 3 buff of spawning 2 ants for 1 tile.
- Your ant composition should be around 38 fire ants, 38 wood ants, 38 majors, and 19 black ants. You can play around with the numbers, such as getting rid of black ants completely, but up to you!
- Note: Have all your ants on separate markers to prevent your wood ants from titan climbing and reducing their damage output.
- Have tons of nest workers, there will be tons of deaths. Having tons of nest workers to help replenish numbers will help.
- For your fire ants, I would say the best upgrades are surefooted and last laugh. Surefooted will be super useful against the titans and last laugh to deal extra damage.
- Store tons of food for respawns. Have at least… 5,000 or more food in reserve for respawns. It’ll help a lot during the hybrid fights.
- Don’t hide in your nest! The scientist will become impatient and start to bang on the glass, damaging and killing your ants and queen. There is also a time limit to kill the hybrids, so be quick!

(Rebalance):
- Not much has changed with this. Everything is pretty much the same, since all your food comes from seeds from completing missions.
