Check the Epic Games Server Status page to make sure all systems are operational. If the issue you're experiencing is related to an outage or system-wide issue, you won't be able to connect to the Epic Games Launcher or Fortnite until it's resolved.

You can restart the game and/or the console, and you should probably check whether your internet connection is up and running. If everything else fails, you can power-cycle both your router and your console.

Press Windows key + R and type “%localappdata%” to open a File Explorer window. Open the Epic Games Launcher folder. Open the Saved folder. Click the webcache folder, and then delete it.
