0The Car Files is a business consisting of ten chapters introduced with Update 9. The business is unlocked upon reaching player level 70, and can be purchased for 100,000 CR.
Set up by Hans Liebold, a German engineer, who requires a business partner for their business, Joel recommends the player to him. Throughout the story, the player drives cars that are used as Hans's "guinea pigs".
At the end of the event, Hans tells the player that whether the claim was proved or disproved, it was a lot of fun working with them; he says he'll still see them around at the Festival, but that they could consider a career in insurance if they ever left.
