2For 25K you can buy the 1987 Pontiac FB TA GTA, the hardest part is you also need 14 skill points.
You use the 14 skill points in the Car Mastery to open up a Super Wheel Spin, which even though littered with junk prizes like Clothes, Dances, Horns, and Super Witty Phrases (sarcasm, sorry), you still should earn more than your 25K investment.
And as you eliminate the junk prizes, more opportunities for cars and cash open up.
Also, you can quick sell any car you win that is already in your garage for 1/2 the value of the Auto Show (assuming it's an Auto Show Car).
By way of example, the Dodge Daytona sells in the Auto Show for 30,000,000 credits. It sells in the Auction House for about 2,000,000 credits.
If you had one in your garage and won it on a wheel, you could sell it for an instant 15,000,000 credits!
