Four Last Things - Let The Sin Begin! - Four Last Things Gameplay/Let's Play
This is my Four Last Things Let's Play. The Four Last Things game is a point and click game where you help the bloke commit sins. It's really well done and I'm glad it reached it's goal on Kickstarter.
This is a Four Last Things let's play. Four Last Things is an indie game by Joe Richardson. Four Last Things was made for Advjam2016. The Four Last Things gameplay is point and click - you can talk to people or take actions, with the goal of committing the Seven Deadly Sins. The Four Last Things graphics are taken largely from paintings - the developer chopped and sliced the images together, then animated them. It works really well. The Four Last Things music has a very pre-classical feel to it.
This Four Last Things playthrough features Four Last Things gameplay and audio, and commentary by me, SecondEraOfMoles.
In the Four Last Things game, you play as a pilgrim who is seeking redemption from a life of sin. However, the gatekeeper points out that, as he didn't commit those sins in the area of THIS church, he cannot get absolution here. To get forgiveness, he must first sin in the area of the church. This leads to a quest to commit as many of the Seven Deadly Sins - Pride, Wrath, Sloth, Greed, Gluttony, Lust and Envy - as possible. This leads to a point and click adventure through the local Renaissance town to sin as much as possible.
Four Last Things is pretty damn cool. I recommend checking out the Kickstarter page for Four Last Things, as it goes into how Four Last Things was made. The writing is really good as well.
