Four SUPER NEAT codes for Tetris Attack aka Panel de Pon (SNES) - Retrogaming Easter Eggs
720Here are four super cool codes you can use in Tetris Attack for the SNES. These codes also work in the Japanese version known as Panel de Pon, which is available on the Nintendo Switch Online SNES collection.
On the opening screen right after Yoshi pops up and shouts "NINTENDO," press B, A, L, L. With this code active, the blocks will no longer pause after a chain or a combo, and they will continue to scroll upward.
On the 1-Player VS. Mode, before you select your difficulty, highlight the HARD option, hold L and UP on the D-Pad and press A. Now you will be playing on HARDEST difficulty which is pretty darn tough.
On the 1-Player VS. Mode on any difficulty, after you defeat any of the non-evil opponents, hold X and Y and wait until your next match starts. If you keep the buttons held, a character select screen will pop up, allowing you to play as any character you've already defeated.
In a 2-Player game, press L and R on both controllers simultaneously. This will grant you access to the enemy characters such as Naval Piranha and Bowser.
