This is a different version of Master Yi with different abilities.

His melee works like Pyro's Hot Hand. It has lower base damage on hit, but can automatically double hit players.
He can slowly regenerate his hp by pressing Mouse3 (Middle mouse button), costing his rage over time.
He has 3 AMS abilities, R key to select and E key to use.
- Uses matrix attack for a small amount of time, charging and instantly killing players who he's aiming at. (75 rage)
- Gets mini crit for some seconds. (35 rage)
- Gets Speed Boost, Knockback Resistance and Haste Powerup for some seconds. (55 rage)
