Freddy is Finally Playable Again!

Mr. Freddy just received a massive buff!
Now, you can use both of his abilities simultaneously, and they've been completely reworked.
!Now you can launch "Dream Snares" to slow down survivors, while his fake pallets come with an explosive twist—you can blow them up! If a survivor in the Dream World is caught in the blast, they'll be injured. If they're awake, the explosion will drag them into the Dream World instead.
His teleportation has also been improved—you can now teleport to completed generators, giving you even more map pressure.
!Also while survivors are healing in the dream world, they will be detected by killer instinct. So extra information is always good.
Even his teachable perks got buffed! Fire Up now grants a 6% speed bonus per token (up from 4%), and Remember Me increases the exit gate opening time by 6 seconds per token (instead of 4).
