Free Fall (https://www.mobygames.com/game/apple2/free-fall) was an action game published by Sirius Software in 1981 for the Apple ][. The player needs to fall through the 4 holes at the bottom without getting killed in order to advance to the next level. The copy protection was rather plain when compared to other Sirius games at the time, which typically used half tracks. This game used regular tracks with one giant sector per track encoded in 4x4, resulting in very fast load time as you can see in the boot sequence.

PS: The # of lives is stored at address $1532. You can get infinite lives by changing both $19F2 and $0E19 from CE to AD.
