Freespace 2 is a space combat sim released by Volition in 1999 and the SCP upgrade made by some badasses later when the source code was released.

Mission 5: Mystery of the Trinity

Spoiler Alert: Why deploy 4 full wings? Later they use single fighter scouts in a loki to find enemies...what were they expecting to find?
Well 4 things: 2 cruisers, Ravana, Trinity and Sathanas. Considering that we were sent out in pairs they expected Alpha and Zeta to find either the Sathanas or Ravana. Kappa may have found the Ravana, but (based on a later mission) I doubt it. They found the Sathanas
