This is the fourth mission of Shrouding the Light - Origins for the Freespace Port, the prequel campaign to Shrouding the Light. We occupy the role of a junior Vasudan pilot assigned to the PVD Pinnacle soon after the Lucifer's destruction and the severing of the Sol jump node. The Hammer of Light is responding to our presence in Altair. Recon has detected a wing of hostile cruisers around Altair IV. We are to escort a task force of PVN cruisers to engage and destroy the hostile warships before they can jump to our supply depots and wreak havoc.
