Freespace 2: Where Eagles Dare - Critical Error
4This is the third mission of the fourth part of the Lightning Marshal campaign anthology for Freespace 2, Where Eagles Dare. The GTCv Actium (posing as the NTCv Actium) has alerted us to the transit of an NTF task group, led by the NTD Endeavour, from Regulus to Sirius. The 99th Skulls have destroyed an NTF fighter wing on the way to escort this task force, and we are being dispatched to take the escort's place with false IFF tags. Our mission is to scan all of the Neo-Terran Front's ships before they jump, and then receive intelligence data from the Actium.
Unlike most other content in this series, this is a blind first play. I never played this campaign when I first picked up Freespace years ago.
