This is the seventh mission of the fourth part of the Lightning Marshal campaign anthology for Freespace 2, Where Eagles Dare. The prospective Neo-Terran Front defector, Harry Sauber, has not reported in for days and is presumed captured or dead. GTVI considers this our failure for some reason so we have been pulled off of the investigation and reassigned to escort duties. Our task is to escort a convoy carrying parts and fuel necessary to complete construction of the GTD Aquitaine through the Deneb jump node cluster to Vega. Heavy civilian traffic is expected in the area, so our convoy must arrive further out than usual. Should the NTF attack, it is up to our discretion whether to help the civilian convoys or not. The Aquitaine convoy is our primary responsibility.

Unlike most other content in this series, this is a blind first play. I never played this campaign when I first picked up Freespace years ago.
