In today's episode of Skul the Hero Slayer, I'll be using the Frost AND Mage skulls, but with a twist! Frost is the skull that represents the, shockingly so, Absolute Zero inscription, whereas the Mage is the skull that represents the Arson inscription. Normally I preach the ineffectiveness of trying to build multiple statuses at once, because if you do this you're spreading your strategies too thin; you need damage% on every run, and the more item slots you dedicate to rawly building non-damage% inscriptions and item effects the less item slots you'll have for Courage, Wisdom, and so on. However, with the release of the Custom Items mod, this avenue has been opened up thanks to items such as Elementalist's Staff, which have both Arson AND Absolute Zero on them, opening up more item slots for other stuff, as well as the item effects themselves essentially creating an entire new archetype! Now Multi-Status runs aren't just admissable, they're powerful too. With all of that said, can Frost and Mage build enough contradiction synergy to make it happen?
