Troops at Camp Bastion in Helmand Province are wrapping up warm today after the region experienced its first significant snowfall for 12 years.

Four centimetres fell overnight and the temperature dropped to minus six and a half degrees, a record low for February.

The cold weather's expected to continue for up to two weeks and more snow's forecast for tonight.
