2014 is going to be a year of big change for the Army.

As troops in Afghanistan complete Operation Herrick, in Britain and Germany the service is starting a transformation.

A key part is the evolution of 1 Division into the new adaptable force.

Senior officers have gathered at Sandhurst to discuss how to make that happen and what it will mean.
