Two things, the Lamia round is tough as they have sooo much HP, you also need to conserve your ability usage. Try and kill the manakins to force her to constantly revive.

The bosses here all work around breaks. If they are broken, or attack a broken ally, they start a chain of every increasingly powerful attacks, starting with Icequake. Basically make sure you do NOT get broken or else your doomed.
