Friday the 13th for the ZX Spectrum is a very special game. Special because it has a surprise upon loading, it's terrifying, and also, incredibly ear breaking. Welcome to the world of Jason Voorhees and the video game of the film of the same name. Some say this was released in 1985, but it didn't hit UK shelves until 1986, where-upon, gamers received the game, 2 blood capsules to place in their mouths, a competition to win a monitor and hours upon hours of intensely upsetting gameplay (if they held out that long - but then it was the 80s, so we did tend to do that).
