The First Power.
The point of flooding the villages like I did, was to guard against the volcano. The longer you wait, the closer the lava will get to your village. If it reaches your village, all of the vegetation will burn, and your village risks being destroyed. As a village always automatically spawns vegetation after directly being built, you have to be wary of fire. But flooding the area around villages protected with Repel-Water will create a water barrier to keep the lava at bay.
