Had we existed, self-transcendence would have been IMPOSSIBLE. Self-transcendence is NOT an ability.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SAVE THE PLANET AND THUS OURSELVES WITH THE SAME MINDSET THAT HAS BROUGHT US TO WHERE WE ARE TODAY. If many people become self-transcendent, we will have a chance. WE CANNOT PROFIT WHILE WE ARE FIXING THE PLANET. The consequence of which when we persist on making a profit from fixing the planet is that we will not succeed at it. It is profit making that has destroyed our planet. IT WILL NOT save it. You cannot heal a drug addict by incentivizing him with more drug if he gave up on his addiction.
