Good news, I figured out how to unlock Visual Adventure Content to the Treasures menu. Turns out, playing Grand Battle Mode matches was the way to unlock each and every item there. I was wondering why the game Auto saved when I did a Grand Battle Match at the Navy Training Grounds awhile back and now it makes all sense. I am not sure if you have to win the Grand Battle Matches or not. Luckily, the game shows how many Grand Battle Matches were played in general when it comes to selecting the number of player(s). The start of this video has 2 Grand Battle matches listed above. As for Event Battles, I did Karoo Tashigi and Wapole this time. I skipped Smoker since I already did a second Go-Round with him and unlocked his other rival, Buggy. Without cheats, you have to complete Event Battle as Smoker, Tashigi, Wapole, Mr. 2, Mr. 3, and Mr. 0 Crocodile twice in order to unlock the Villains and Pandaman from Grand Battle 1. The match-ups for who faces who is like this:
Smoker: vs Buggy
Tashigi: vs Alvida
Wapole: vs Kuro
Mr. 2: vs Pandaman
Mr. 3: vs Don Kreig
Mr. 0 Crocodile: vs Arlong
