The transcription was done in Sonar 3, but I eventually decided to import the MIDI into Reason 3 for recording. Reason is a really nice standalone music workshop. And I like its stability (nearly no crash record) and low system requirement as opposed to many modern VST plugins which can potentially cook your machine if you don't have 4Gb ram and 4core CPU. Though regarding audio editing / mixing and VST support, Reason is somehow inferior to other music workshop applications, I also like Reason for its intuitive interface. The graphical cable connection saves alot of guessing. In this music, all instruments are loaded from the Reason 3 default sample library.
