Leveling changes for SS3 are that you level using Ring of Ice starting off beacuse of the event. Swap to Frost Spirit in main skill at lvl62 once you can equip the memory. If you don't have the memory yet, you can stick with ring of ice longer if you want. Increases to Passive, Cold, Minion or Spell Levels are most important early on until you move into the full procced version with the T1 CDR Staff, memory and Friend Nemesis chest.

Start out with The legendary Memory To You Who Are Calm, Friend Nemesis Chest (400FE as of recording) and your T1 Cooldown Staff (Make sure you put the memory in memory slot 4 or it will not work)

Hit CDR breakpoint for 0.5s ticks on 4s memory
Buy upgraded staff with T0 CDR or roll yours up
Buy upgraded 3s version of the memory so you can swap to Steel Vanguard instead of Warlock
