Howdy?

In this part I've got almost flayed trying to expand northward.

First I've used my airship base to protect my eastern resource ring (ERR) from an attack, which makes and consumes a lot of fuel, but has the staying power to keep living.
Luckily it was in the right place, because I've used the one still at the starter ring (WRR) to convey more materials from there.

Then I tried to use a retrofitted old construction, the Vendetta 2, which has no inner compartments, and can pack a punch.
That fleet got destroyed, but I've captured the enemy battleship, so I didn't faced a loss there.

The fleeing remains got rescued by my brutal airship again, with the help of the northern sand-reef beside my ERR.

I still have, and will do more video footage of the building I do offline - there is a light steamship forming under the careful eyes of my scientists to be seen by you later - as I heard viewers like building videos a lot. ;)
