Description:

The SSS temporarily split up to help various organizations with restoring order in Crossbell. However, the previous incident means Erebonia and Calvard are now a lot more hasty in their efforts to take over Crossbell. This, combined with Ouroboros's increasing activity in the region, is going to require even greater damage control efforts from the SSS.

When the party goes up the elevator, they see visions of the past, but the one with Joachim's final boss battle has contradictions, such as the absence of the Bright siblings.

I also went back to the CPD to turn in my monster data, just to get a divine cloth. I also talked to the people at the boat house. I guess it isn't safe for Lakelord to return to Erebonia yet.

Also, don't use the Keeper MQ. While it makes Mariabell a joke, it will make the final boss's AI harder to exploit. Also, make sure your mages are immune to mute.

5:16 Et Tu Mariabell

Ian and Mariabell explain that KeA can create new timelines, as shown by how she had to create a new one after the SSS died in battle against Joachim. While the party acknowledges that they benefited from KeA's power, they insist that it's wrong to use reality warping powers to invalidate the effort everyone put into their lives in the current timeline. Ian has a change of heart, but Mariabell attacks him and seemingly kills him. She doesn't want to stop the Azure-Zero plan and is going to challenge us herself.

I made the mistake of building Randy around sheer damage rather than evasion. Mariabell really hates his guts for some reason!

Mariabell can summon minions that debuff STR, teleport anyone who gets too close to her to a corner, and has some powerful magic based attacks. She also has two S-Crafts, one with a small AOE and one with a large AOE.

I didn't realize this until later attempts (had to redo my setup for the final boss multiple times), but you can actually screw with her AI. If you use Dark Matter, Dragon Claws, or Raging Spin to drag her to a corner, her AI will still teleport you to the corners. However, this creates a chance she'll teleport a character into the same corner as her, increasing the chance that her AI will waste another turn teleporting a character. Use this trick to reduce her DPS and chances of summoning a minion.

Mariabell, in one last attempt to salvage the Septerion, tells the party that KeA's powers causes people to automatically like her and want to protect her. There is a slight contradiction here, since people like Mariabell and Joachim seem to have little care for her as a person and only want her powers. This causes KeA to have a mental breakdown and transform into a giant azure demon god.

54:25 Boss: Azure Demiourgos Round 1

In this "warm-up" phase, the boss will have minions that all have various guard buffs on themselves, and they can recast it if their max guard runs out. You have to kill as many of them as possible before they get absorbed. If AD absorbs them, it'll revive upon KO with HP proportional to the number who survived.

Note that the next video will have a more optimal setup to exploit the final boss's AI.
