This... uh, "Harvester", from Funmark is tied with the Best Lock police car and fire truck for being the oldest bootleg Lego on the show. Both these and the Best Lock sets were purchased at the same time from the same Walgreens. 2010. Ignore the sticker of Draco from 7th grade on one of the boxes. (Also, who even has stickers of themselves as a kid?)
The company who made this is "Funmark" and this is something Draco only recently noticed because at first glance he thought it said "Funmarlo" and ran with it from there, even incorrectly naming it as such in the original article he wrote about these sets. Whatever this is supposed to be, it's not a harvester. It's nowhere close. Like, at all. This just might be the furthest possible thing you can get from "harvester" and these jokers made THREE of them. Sadly, Draco was unable to complete the trifecta and use the three harvesters to summon the God Emperor of AliExpress.
