Game opening intro & auto demo. This is G-Darius for the PS1 console, a horizontal scrolling shoot 'em up game developed by Taito and published by THQ released in year 1998. It was originally an arcade game. The G stands fo Gigantic, it is prequel to the other Darius games. G Darius is the only game in the series to use real polygonal 3D graphics. The gameplay is similar to that of its predecessors with one main new feature, the Silver Hawk is equipped with Capture balls, which when launched at an enemy, can capture it and allow the player to control it. While the levels are arranged in the same branching structure as every other Darius game, G-Darius also has branching points within the levels themselves.
