Release Date: 1993
Developer: Sierra On-Line, Inc.
Publisher: Sierra On-Line, Inc.
Game Type: Graphical Adventure, Mystery, Horror

By far my favorite developer of all time. Stuck in the past much am I? Seriously though. If there was ever a company that left an impression on my childhood. It was Sierra. From King Quest, to the point & click era. I loved them all.

But I digress. What is this game? One of Sierra's darker games where you are a nosy book store owner who just happens to look like a younger brother of Conan Obrian. Seriously. Check out the parts where you see his face in closeup during the discussion parts of the game. (@7:50) Anyway. :P

You've been having nightmares around the time where some voodoo related murders are happening in New Orleans. You have a sassy lady running the store's desk.

Take note that this version is the CD Version. So all descriptions and speech is done by voice. I could have enabled the subtitles since the quality is not top notch. And the lady reading the description does seem to have a more natural but thicker accent. Making some of the descriptions sound confusing unless you are used to this accent. (I am not.)

Want to go through a little mystery game to celebrate Halloween this year? Why not give this one a go! :)
