Gaining bigger biggest gun - Starpoint Gemini Warlords episode 22
0Today me and the crew return to Starpoint Gemini Warlords, a game where you not only command a starship to do starship things, but can also build a fleet of AI controlled vessels for when you need more then one ship for a mission, and/or need to be in two places at once. In this episode, I continue to secure a foothold in the region of space that I am conquering on behalf of our new ally, the "emperor" of Gemini. Once I gain the ability to repair and rearm my ship locally I continue to press on with the assault only to discover that my current enemy, the Central Worlds Alliance, has built a massive titan class vessel of their own that my ship's weapons can barely scratch the paint of. To combat this new menace the "Emperor" points me in the direction of an old acquaintance of his, a former expert tactician turned crazy junk hauler known only as the Ratman. After meeting the Ratman, and surviving several of his tests, he gives me the keys to a titan of my very own. This would be game changing if it weren't for the fact that I still need to buy all of the turrets for the thing, whose total cost exceeds the price of most super capital vessels. Thus begins another war for profit. Enjoy.
