Artillery vs Volcano - Volcanoids Early Access Gameplay episode 15
Today me and the crew return to Volcanoids, a game where you take on the role of an explorer fighting a one person war against an endless army of robots known as Cogs all within the shadow of an active volcano that does not suffer the whims of man nor machine, and the only support/protection that you have against your opponents is a highly customizable, semi-mobile, base known as a drillship. In this episode, I attack what I think is the last of the laser drills that the Cogs use to mine the volcano. It's not until afterwards that I learn that there is another, and that I have to travel to the literal heart of the volcano to get at it. When a recon mission fails to get to the last drill I resurface for supplies and to mine needed resources. One eruption and a quick strategic placement of the Auger, my name for my drillship, later and I assault the final laser drill with some unexpected results. Enjoy the finale of Volcanoids, at least until the developers finish the game.
